Operation Christmas Child
Each fall Cornerstone collects and fills shoe boxes with items for boys and girls from ages 2 to 14 years old. In 2007, approximately 350 boxes were collected and shipped to Operation Christmas Child which were then shipped to areas across the globe. Operation Chrismas Child brings joy and hope to kids in desparate situations around the world.
You can be a missionary to the world's kids without leaving your hometown through Operation Christmas Child! A great Life Group project! Pick up shoeboxes, prayer guides and brochures at the Resource Center. On November 2, at Family Fusion, kids will be given shoeboxes to fill. Pick up a shoebox. Fill it with toys. Include $7 for shipping. Bring it to church on November 16!
