At the start of our "school year" (which runs from July 1 until June 30 the following year) we need parents to update their student's information. Below you'll find form(s) that you may download and return to Betsy Marvin, Director of Student Ministries, or Chris McKenna, Assistant Director of Student Ministries at church. They are good for the whole year, but need to be updated if anything changes (like your address, phone number or insurance information).
